Making a phone call
You can call us from abroad at 0031 40 238 6000. If you're already in the Netherlands, give us a call at 14 040.
You can reach us Monday till Friday from 8.30 till 17.00 hours.
Visiting our offices
If you need to arrange something with the municipality, you may have to visit us in person. In that case you may have to make an appointment. Some services are available online. On our contact page you will find all options.
Our appointment location Residents’ Plaza (Inwonersplein) is Stadhuisplein 1A, Eindhoven. The opening hours are:
- Monday: 8.30-19.00hrs
- Tuesday: 08.3-17.00hrs
- Wednesday: 08.3-17.00hrs
- Thursday: 08.3-17.00hrs
- Friday: 08.3-17.00hrs
- Saturday: 09.00-12.00hrs (limited services)
